Having another photographer do your yearbook image? IMPORTANT STEPS TO FOLLOW:
If you choose another studio for senior pictures, your photographer MUST follow the proper Yearbook specifications as shown on the reverse side of this letter. This photo can NOT be used for the composite; it can only be turned into the Yearbook Advisor for the Yearbook. There will be a date announced in January by the school for a day that the students can get their COMPOSITE ONLY photo taken for $20. This photo can NOT be used for the yearbook.

Using Studio One will ensure your chosen image is made to proper specifications and delivered to the Yearbook Staff in a timely manner. Studio One produces the 11×14 class composite which will include your senior photo and you will receive a copy at the end of the year!

Provide your photographer with the specifications below. Photographs not meeting these requirements may not appear in the yearbook.
Deliver your senior’s yearbook photograph in digital and print form to the APHS main office: ATTN: YEARBOOK ADVISOR
Deadline to turn into Yearbook: Friday, Jan. 6th, 2024
All Seniors MUST be photographed by Studio One to appear on the Class Composite.
SPECIFICATIONS FOR YEARBOOK PORTRAITS:
Digital image, jpeg format, 300 dpi on CD
1 color print 1 ½”w x 2”h
Head and shoulder only, no hands
Traditional old master medium blue background
Head size: 1” from top of hair to bottom of chin
NO SOLID color backgrounds
